Leopards Courier Services Pakistan is the worst courier service ever experienced. We selected them for an urgent overnight domestic business parcel from Faisalabad to Rawalpindi (Pakistan).
They charged us the highest overnight rate accordingly but still failed to deliver it on time. On the first day, they blamed us for not giving it on time. They gave the reason that the consignee was unavailable. Still, no one ever called him, never notified him that they were there to deliver the parcel.
What happened next was that they said that if we wanted them to make another attempt to deliver it, then we needed to make a complaint against it. It would be delivered on the following day, so we did so. So far, it has taken 3 working days but still has yet to be delivered. Every time I called them, they said it would be delivered the next day. Oh, by the way, the helpline service was also pathetic. It was always busy, and often, while talking to the helpline, they would go on hold without telling it or disconnect.
I rate it 1 star out of 5 and do not recommend anyone to go for this courier service in Pakistan at least.
