The Rotary Institute “Al Majlis” 2022 was held in Abu Dhabi, the capital of the United Arab Emirates. The fantastic facilities at Yas Conference Centre at Yas Marina Circuit offered each participant a one-of-a-kind experience. One of the newest circuits in the world, the Yas Marina Circuit, also hosts the Formula 1 calendar. The W Hotel Abu Dhabi, which serves as the Official Institute Hotel and will host many events, is one of the area’s most impressive features.
The W Abu Dhabi, built above the racetrack and changes color at night, provides an exceptional experience for everyone. Another thing that draws everyone in is that it is right next to a marina. Various lodgings around the Yas Marina Circuit have given the most appealing prices.
Yas Island is known for providing high-quality entertainment and recreation. These include Yas Mall, Yas Kartzone, Ferrari World, Yas Waterworld, Warner Bros. World, Yas Links Golf Course, and the most stunning More than a dozen exciting facilities are available.
For Zones 1B, 9, and 10, this was the first in-person Institute since 2019. The Organizing Committee, led by PDG Muhammad Iqbal Qureshi as chairman, planned a special treat for everyone.
Rotarian Doctor Muhammad Ashfaq Qamar Khan, the current president of the Rotary Club of Faisalabad City, Pakistan, attended and represented the club in the event. Everyone had a unique experience with the Pre-Institute programs, which included the District Trainer Seminar (DTS), the Governors-elect Training Seminar (GETS), and the Governors-nominee Training Seminar (GNTS) and Regional Rotary Foundation Seminar (RRFS). It is unique because it offers a one-of-a-kind experience on the greens and scenic waterfront views.
It was planned to invite some of the most outstanding speakers whose ideas will help Rotary improve in the coming years because the situation following COVID has given us a new direction of thinking.
The event will be attended by 2022-23 Rotary International President Jennifer Jones. Indeed, it will be a one-of-a-kind chance for everyone to meet the first woman to lead Rotary.
Undoubtedly, everyone had a lifetime experience at the Rotary Institute in 2022.
